Lee Berry
Systems Architect, Lotus Web Content Management Australia Development Laboratory (ADL)
Lee Berry is Systems Architect at IBM Australia Development Laboratory. He is chiefly responsible for the software architecture, code health, and development model of the IBM Web Content Manager product in WebSphere Portal.
Lee commenced his software development career by developing the world’s first in-flight email system, with an internet startup company. He has since continued to base his career in the technologies of the Internet and the World Wide Web. Lee’s passion for software quality has served him well through over a dozen successful software releases to corporations across the globe. He remains active in the agile software community, promoting Extreme Programming and Software Craftsmanship.
Anne Bartlett-Bragg
Managing Director Asia Pacific Headshift, Dachis Group
Anne specialises in the creation of innovative communication networks with social media. Her designs are award winners: MentorNet, the first national mentoring program for young women entrepreneurs in 2007 was a finalist in the Forrester Groundswell awards in 2008 and won the LearnX Asia Pacific 2010 Best Mentoring Program. Her design for the Institute of Executive Coaching’s learning communities won the LearnX Asia Pacific 2010 award for Best use of Social Learning Tools.
Anne is also a sessional academic at UTS in the Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences where she researches, develops and lectures in organisational learning. She is a recognised keynote speaker at academic conferences, both nationally and internationally. Her papers are published in several textbooks and international journals. In addition, she is a sought after reviewer of academic journals that specialise in social software and communication technologies.
She uses her research and studies into the communication aspects of social media to provide an informed backdrop to understanding how people are using new tools and changing traditional models of communication. She constantly challenges organisations to reframe their models of communication, service design, and workforce engagement.
Anne is currently in the final stages of completing her PhD which has explored the adult learners experiences of developing learning networks through self-publishing technologies such as weblogs.

John Shipp
University Librarian, University of Sydney
John has been University Librarian since August 1997, and from 1986 to 1997 was University Librarian at the University of Wollongong. He has had a long involvement in national campaigns to improve access to scholarly information by the Australian university community. John is currently project director to the Australian Research Information Infrastructure Committee, and has previously served as president of the Australian Library and Information Association and of the Council of Australian University Librarians.
